Debra Weisberg has been practicing matrimonial law exclusively for over 30 years.  She is a founding partner of Hagan, Weisberg & Nunn, LLC. Debra now focuses her practice on mediation, both Court ordered and private.  As both a litigator and mediator, Debra has a reputation for being able to settle difficult matters. 

Debra has been especially dedicated to the Morris County Bar Association, having held numerous leadership positions including the President of the Morris County Bar Association in 2010 and the President of the Morris County Bar Foundation in 2008. Debra was appointed as the co-Chair of the Morris County Bar Association Family Law Committee for many years throughout her career. In 2003, Debra was named the Young Lawyer of the Year. 

In October 2012, Debra was recognized by Seton Hall University School of Law as a distinguished alumna for her active involvement in the legal community and achievement as a family law attorney.  Debra volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist and is regularly asked to serve as a Blue Ribbon Panelist by the Court. She also frequently lectures on various topics in matrimonial and family law, volunteering her time for the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Debra has been selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers list published by Thomson Reuters in the area of Family Law from 2007 through 2025 and selected to the Super Lawyers list of Top 50 Woman Lawyers in New Jersey (also published by Thomson Reuters) from 2009 to 2015 and from 2019-2025.
